About to make mayonnaise soon.

Ingridents
Egg yolks, pasteurized 4
Salt 1 tsp
White pepper TT
Dry mustard 1tsp
Wine vinegar 3Tbsp
Salad oil 28fl.oz.
Lemon juice TT
